NOTE: If a recipe you buy requires you to do a spiritual bathing cleanse to remove a spell or curse etc., then, after showering and doing the spiritual cleanse, please get 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon of sea salt and add it into a bowl of water (any amount of water is fine), let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the sea salt to infuse into the water, then pour this sea salt water into the bathtub or the shower to wash away anything you cleansed or released, so that (if you live with people) the other person does not step into the bath tub or shower and inherit what you released. 

So to recap: Ensure, you mix sea salt into water, and use it to wash the floor of your shower or bath tub after every spiritual cleansing bath you do (only if you live with people or if you have someone who uses the same shower as you).
