Case Study 45 – The Resource Contribution Dilemma explores a leadership dilemma in which questions of contribution, distribution, and fairness begin to challenge trust within a shared system. The case invites reflection on how communities and organizations determine equitable responsibility, revealing how differing capacities, expectations, and perceptions of fairness can either strengthen or undermine cooperation.
