🕒 How long will my edit take?
Each package includes an estimated turnaround time, ranging from 1 to 8 weeks depending on the service. You'll receive a clear timeline when we start—and I always aim to deliver on time or early.
💰 Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
Nope! A 25% deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. Payment plans may be available for higher-tier packages.
📄 What formats do you accept?
I work with Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) using Track Changes. If you’re using Google Docs, just let me know and I’ll provide access instructions.
📚 Do you edit genres outside of romance?
Absolutely! While I specialize in romance, I also edit women's fiction, contemporary lit, memoir, and select fantasy and suspense titles. Just shoot me a message to confirm your genre.
🧠 What's the difference between line editing and developmental editing?
Line Editing focuses on the sentence level—style, tone, pacing, and flow.
Developmental Editing is big-picture—plot, character arcs, pacing, and structure.
👩🏽🏫 Can I book a coaching call without editing services?
Yes! You can book a 30-minute 1-on-1 Zoom call as a standalone service to talk through plot issues, self-publishing strategy, writing roadblocks, or anything else.

Absolutely. Your work is 100% confidential, and I do not share or discuss any content without your written permission.
📝 What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a welcome email within 24–48 hours with a brief intake form, service agreement, and your project timeline. Then we get to work!
