6 week extension [Phase 1]

EXTENSION PACK ONLY! 

This is for anyone who has completed the phase 1 programming but would like to carry on with the same programming for another 6 weeks. 

This is a completely normal and standard thing to do, and something I actually do with my 1-2-1 clients because you need to be & feel ready for progressed exercises. 

The package is priced at half the price every time you want to extend.
