Ju-87 Stuka

It isn't animated at all, The plane uses a free model, The sirens don't even work. The rotor blade does not even spin, and ECT, The MG's aren't even in the right place, and It says it is a Dive-bomber, Yet it has 0 bomb. I'm disappointed. How do I request a refund.
