Developed by the Stewardship Readiness Institute, this protocol is designed to calibrate individuals for participation in real-world systems of governance, education, and resource coordination. It includes the SRI-16 Self-Assessment, a personalized Soul Blueprint Reading, and lifetime access to the Stewardship Archive—tools intended to surface internal distortions and stabilize decision-making capacity under complexity.

This is not a conventional program or transactional offering. It is a diagnostic and alignment framework for those transitioning from observation to implementation. The materials are structured to reveal underlying patterns such as the need for control, identity attachment, and misaligned giving—factors that often undermine high-responsibility roles within decentralized environments.
