By purchasing or downloading any 3D model from me (MissMoon), you (“Buyer”) agree to these legally binding Terms of Service (“TOS”). Violations may result in blacklisting, VRChat account takedowns, legal action, and loss of access to my products

These terms apply to standard purchases. Commissioned work may have separate terms agreed in writing.

Purchase & License

*Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed

*All sales are final. No refunds

*Payment (via PayPal) must be completed before receiving files

*Chargebacks, disputes, or fraud result in blacklisting and possible legal action.

*Governed by the laws of Norway

Rules & Restrictions

*My models are intellectual property. You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership

You may NOT

*Upload, share, distribute, or post raw files (e.g., Google Drive, rips, torrents)

*Resell, redistribute, trade, or give away my models, edits, or parts — even for free

*Reuse assets (meshes, textures, materials) from my models in your own or others’ projects.

*Upload models to accounts that didn’t purchase them directly

*Make the model public on VRChat (or elsewhere) without my written approval, regardless of edits

*Claim my models or edits as your own - Not awesome sauce

*Hire editors who haven’t legally purchased the model themselves

You may

*Use models in VRChat, ChilloutVR, NeosVR, MMD, etc., with clear credit to me

*Upload models to your own VRChat account for private use only

*Port models to other software for personal use — with credit

*Commission private edits — if: The editor purchased the model directly

*The editor uses only their own assets for modifications. The editor deletes all copies of my files after delivery

Edits & Public Uploads

*Public release of edits or derivatives requires my written approval, no matter how much was changed

*Edits must replace at least 50% of mesh & textures, and not resemble my work unless agreed

*Buyer is responsible for ensuring hired editors follow this TOS. Their violations count as the Buyer’s

Commercial Use

*Monetized streams, VTubing, and personal branding are allowed — so long as the model is not sold, sublicensed, or included in paid products

*Direct commercial use (reselling, bundling, licensing) is prohibited

Enforcement & Damages

*Unauthorized possession, distribution, or claims of ownership — even of derivatives — violates this TOS

*Violators may face blacklisting, platform reports, and legal action

Disclaimer & Responsibility

*Models are provided as-is, with no guarantee of compatibility or fitness for any purpose

I am not liable for software issues, errors, or consequences of use

*Buyer assumes responsibility for lawful use and must know how to use Blender and Unity
