Ribeye steaks with potatoes are my favorite thing to eat at dinnertime, especially if it's medium-well. For this pattern, I wanted a steak that kids could pretend to cook. For that reason, there's a raw side and a seared side. Imaginative play is so important for childhood development and pretending to cook is fun!
