Designed for self-study or small group use, this simulation allows you to experience how interdependent systems behave under pressure. You will operate across roles with partial visibility, move care through constrained conditions, and encounter consequences that rarely appear where they originate.

No facilitator is required. The structure, roles, and materials guide the experience, while a layered reflection process helps surface what the system produced.

This is not a teaching tool in the traditional sense. It is a structured exposure to how systems actually behave—when people are doing their jobs, and the risk is embedded in the design itself.
