This program focuses on increasing your stability, strength, and functional fitness ability. You will be performing a variety of exercises that will target your entire body. You will be introduced to new training types such as AMRAP, Tabata, HIIT, and Strength focused workouts. Along with the pre-planned fitness program you will have access to sample meal plans, snack ideas, and a Facebook accountability group to keep you motivated and to share fitness/meal tips and ideas.
