I have sat where you are sat I know what it’s like. My business may not be like yours, you may have staff, or premises, you may travel, or make a product – but my business has had the same journey as yours.
I fell into my business, I didn't set out to be a coach, I began to start sharing my journey of recovery from Chronic Fatigue through my Reflexology business (which I had set up after my career as a Barrister). My training in coaching, the NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT etc had been primarily to help me and my family.
Over a couple of years I was doing more coaching than reflexology and so decided to make this my full time business! Did I have a vision then? A little, I wanted to change lives, I wanted people to reach their potential, I wanted them to love what they did.
However, I soon became really busy, I wasn't sure who I wanted to work with, who I enjoyed working with or what I wanted to achieve. It became disheartening, I wasn't as enthusiastic as I was and my motivation was low.
I knew that I needed to take stock, to reconnect with what my business was about and listen for the true direction that it needed to go in.
When I did this, my business flew! The energy around it just became magnetic and not only did I attract dream clients, I fell back in love with what my business was about!
What I'm sharing with you in this programme is the Roadmap I use every time I feel that my business has grown out of its vision, when I feel like I need to deeply listen with where it needs to go - it's such a powerful reset!
What I blend in with this is a simple, straightforward, psychological understanding that provides a powerful dimension to this. I’ve travelled to Canada and USA to work with some of the leading teachers in the field, and studied It as part of my psychology MSc – so now you don’t have to do that – it's all within the programme!
