Completing the assessment is easy!
Once you purchase your assessment, we will contact you by mail with a link to complete the assessment and insturctions.
In general, completion takes about 20 minutes.
As soon as you complete the assessment, we will be automatically notified and will then be in touch to set up a Zoom meeting with you for your 45 minute feedback session with one of our accredited practitioners.
You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and discuss development opportunities. At the end of the session, the practitioner will send you your very own e-report.

How should I prepare for this assessment?
There is absolutely nothing you need to do at all. Since there are no right or wrong answers, we recommend you just grab yourself a cup of tea when you start and enjoy the process.
Will I need coaching afterwards?
This is a stand alone product meant to help you understand yourself better. How you choose to use that information, is up to you. However, If there is an area you would like to develop, coaching can be very powerful and save you a lot of valuable time. We do offer interactive group coaching sessions for exactly this purpose and also a self-study online programme for those who prefer self-study.
