The program is constantly changing to ensure your body is constantly changing and not plateauing. Your first 4 weeks will meet you at the level you are at. This is your alarm phase telling your body to WAKE UP! It mainly focuses on building your endurance and your body tapping into something new. From there your body will start to adapt then we take it a step further & incorporate weights, more HIIT and other new things to fit your personal goals and build strength and confidence along the way. This creates your toned look as well as burning fat. We continue to go, grow and glow. Health IS the new wealth!!
