An often-overused term these days is “Unprecedented.” However, we are currently living through unprecedented times, in which a former President of the United States has been both sued in Civil Court and charged in Criminal Court, for violating the laws of our nation.

On September 21, 2022, New York State Attorney General, Letitia James filed a Civil Lawsuit, alleging fraud, against Donald Trump, his three eldest children, and the Trump Organization, seeking two-hundred-fifty-million dollars in penalties, and also to prevent Trump and his family from conducting business in the State of New York ever again.

On May 9, 2023, Donald Trump was found liable, by a jury in New York City, for defamation and sexual abuse of author E. Jean Carroll. They awarded her five million dollars. After Trump continued to lie about her, she filed an amended lawsuit, seeking an additional ten million dollars. As Trump was already found liable, the only factor to be determined, is how much he will have to pay in damages. The case will be heard in early 2024.

These are but a few of the Civil entanglements that the former President has found himself in, since leaving office. Others include misusing inauguration funds, defrauding his niece out of inheritance money, misleading people into investing in bogus business opportunities, tax fraud, and insurance fraud. He is also being sued by twenty-four separate parties, concerning his involvement in the failed January 6th insurrection.

However, we are going to concern ourselves with only the Criminal acts here. As of this writing, there have been four individual indictments, listing a total of 91 criminal acts on the part of Donald Trump. These charges will be tried in four separate courts, in New York, Florida, Washington, DC, and Georgia. There have been indications that investigations are continuing in Washington, DC, and Arizona, which may lead to additional charges.

All four indictments and supporting documents are presented in this book.
