FBX and 3 materials in the unitypackage, colors featured in the embedded video, can be modified in unity. Rigged for movement when walking, see video.(dynamic bones pack or poiyomi shaders PoiyomiToon7.2.41 not included but available on his discord)
Attach to your character's hips, put the dynamic bones on the Tail.
