Closed Grain Wild Rice

Grown in nature, our wild rice is 100% Canadian sourced and organic. Harvested by private farmers on the pristine lakes of the Boreal Shield in Northern Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Wild rice was first discovered by the First Nations people in these regions and has been a natural food source for hundreds of years. It's dark grains are extra long with a rich texture and nutty flavour. Low in carbs and high in protein, wild rice is widely considered as a superfood.
