Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our setup service, all sales of Health Record Connect™ – Setup & Branding are final once the setup process has begun.

If you wish to cancel before submitting your setup form, please contact info@reflexproservices.ca within 3 business days for a full refund.

Hosting & Maintenance subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are offered for unused days.
