Living Well is A system you can use and grow with to feel better in your body by learning how to listen to it.

Your body is constantly giving you information—through tension, restricted movement, and those familiar “pains” that nag you.

Living Well: What Your Body Has to Say About It teaches you how to recognize those signals and build simple recovery practices into your everyday life.

Created by Chantal Smith, LMT, with 9+ years of clinical experience, this guide bridges the gap between professional bodywork and what you can do for yourself between appointments, workouts, workdays, travel, and everything else life demands.

This isn't about chasing every ache.

It's about learning to understand your body, trace the source of tension, and give it the attention it needs before small problems become bigger ones.

Inside Living Well, You'll Learn:

  • How your muscles respond to activity, stress, repetitive movement, and everyday life
  • The difference between tension, knots, and trigger points
  • How trigger points can create sensations away from the area that feels uncomfortable
  • How to trace common trigger-point referral patterns using the Interactive Trigger Point Atlas
  • How to approach self-directed massage safely and intentionally
  • How to choose and use your recovery tools based on what your body needs
  • The difference between a maintenance routine and a treatment-focused approach
  • Recovery essentials including hydration, sleep, mobility, and knowing when something needs professional attention
  • How to create a realistic weekly Live Well Schedule that makes recovery part of your routine

You'll also get practical guidance you can return to again and again.

The best thing to have

Listen—this is for anyone who truly cares about their body. I definitely do. I’ve been dealing with a ripped disc in both my lower and upper back, fighting pain every single day. The tension, the knots, the stress—it was nonstop. Ms. Chantal also offers an e-book, and let me tell you—it’s worth every bit of the $25. At first, I was confused about how to use the set, but once I got the book? Baby… everything clicked.

If you care about your body, this is something you need to have. The e-book breaks everything down in a way that actually makes sense. It helps you understand what’s going on inside your body, why you’re feeling certain pains, and the right way to relieve them. It even teaches you how to prevent that tension from coming back.

If you’re serious about feeling better and taking care of yourself, you might want to grab this Living Well e-book. It really changed the game for me.

But once I started using this set, everything changed. I can feel the exact spots where the tightness builds up, and it actually releases it. I use my set anywhere—at home, at work, wherever—and the relief is real. I sleep better, I feel lighter, and the stress in my neck has finally calmed down.

Honestly, if you care about your body, you need this in your life. It’s been a game-changer for me, and I mean that.
