Natalie returns to the gym for the first time in a week. During her last training session, she badly sprained her ankle, and her coach strictly instructed her to stay away from training for at least two weeks. But convinced that her ankle is already feeling much better, she decides to come back early for a lighter session.

Before training, she sits down to check her injured ankle. It's supported by an ankle brace, but it's obvious the injury hasn't fully healed. The ankle still aches, and as she carefully rotates it, she quickly discovers that certain movements remain stiff and painful—especially when she tries to move it too quickly.

Determined to continue, Natalie removes her nylon socks and changes into her gym clothes, replacing the everyday brace with one designed for sports activities.

When her coach notices her, he's immediately surprised to see her back so soon. He reminds her that the ankle is still injured and questions whether she's ready to train. Natalie confidently insists that it feels much better and convinces him to let her do only a light workout. Reluctantly, he gives her a few basic instructions and heads back to his office.

Natalie begins with a gentle warm-up before putting on her boxing gloves and working the punching bag. Everything seems to be going well, and her confidence grows with every minute. Feeling encouraged, she decides to ignore her coach's advice and adds a few kicks to the routine.

That's when everything changes.

One awkward step is all it takes. Her injured ankle suddenly rolls completely underneath her, sending her crashing to the floor. A sharp cry echoes through the gym as she instinctively grabs her ankle, overwhelmed by the sudden wave of pain. Unable to get up, she calls for her coach.

He rushes over and finds Natalie on the floor, clutching her injured foot. After carefully removing the brace, he immediately notices the ankle beginning to swell. He brings her an ice pack before returning with the first aid kit.

Once she's a little more comfortable, he performs a thorough examination. He gently presses around different areas of the ankle, searching for the most painful spots. Every touch near the injured ligaments makes Natalie wince and whine in discomfort. The tenderness is impossible to hide.

Next comes testing the movement of the joint. As he slowly flexes and rotates the ankle, even the slightest increase in movement causes Natalie to tense up, her painful reactions becoming stronger with every test. It's clear that the ankle is extremely sensitive after being reinjured.

Fortunately, after completing the examination, the coach concludes that the ankle is badly sprained but not broken. He carefully applies an ACE bandage, securing the injury with a firm figure-eight wrap before fitting an Aircast brace over it for additional stability.

To finish the treatment, he brings Natalie a pair of crutches. In the final scene, she carefully tests them, taking her first cautious steps as she begins yet another period of recovery.
