THE CORE: Grounding from the Inside Out 6 Weeks Program guides you through a progressive set of somatic movements that will help you find the connection between your feet and your core to regain back both, your core mobility and your core strength.
Classes last approx 60 minutes each and they consist on a short theory introduction with interesting visuals and explanations followed by an experiencial guided set of somatic exercises done in a slow and relaxed manner.
The teacher demonstrates the exercises at the end of each class.
