No. The free version of Canva works perfectly fine for editing this template.

I'm not on Airbnb. Can I still use this?

Yes. It works just as well for Vrbo, Booking.com, direct bookings, or a guesthouse with no booking platform at all. It's simply a welcome book for your guests, digital or printed.

Can I really change the restaurants and recommendations?

Absolutely. Everything's editable. Keep our picks, swap in your own, or mix both. It's your guide once you've bought it.

Can I print it?

Yes, export straight from Canva as a PDF or print-ready file.

Can I use the photos elsewhere, like my own Airbnb listing or social media?

This handbook, including our photos, recommendations, and content, is licensed for use in your own guest handbook only. Please don't resell, redistribute, or reuse the photos or content outside of this handbook.

I manage more than one property. Can I use it for all of them?
