WHAT IS INSIDE

The website. A bilingual EN/ZH template — 56 pages including the public site,

the client portal, the operator console for intake, inspection, decisions and

execution, and two hardened PHP relays that keep your API key server-side.

The backend. 24 Apps Script modules from configuration through execution:

router with three authorization tiers, HMAC-signed portal links, intake,

inspection with Drive photo storage, decisions, execution with replay safety,

the billing engine, emails, triggers and diagnostics.

The CRM. 15 tabs and 285 columns, generated from the schema in the code so the

workbook and the backend can never drift apart.

The billing engine. Plan fees, overage, eleven add-on lines with the events that

raise them, invoices, payments, VAT with three modes including reverse charge,

and credits.

The operations layer. Standard operating procedures, client and partner

communication templates, legal starting points for terms, privacy, DPA and SLA,

service documents, marketing and sales material, and a full testing and go-live

programme.

The tools. A package verifier, an offline backend harness, a fresh-install and

full-lifecycle harness, and two static scanners.

The install harness builds a complete in-memory Google environment with an empty

spreadsheet and empty script properties — a buyer's day one — runs the real

installer, checks all 285 columns, then drives a parcel from signup through

intake, inspection, decision, execution and billing.

INSTALLATION

There is a preflight command you run before installing. It writes nothing and

tells you exactly which values still need your input, where to edit each one,

and what is wrong with anything it rejects. Then you install, and the CRM is

built for you.

The first-hour guide takes you from the zip file to a backend that answers a

real request, and names the three things that block installation before you hit

them.

Not a hosted service. You run it in your own Google account, on your own domain,

under your own brand, with your own keys. Nothing routes through us.
