A New Generation of Physician Founders: "Supporting underrepresented physicians, in caring for the underserved" MoonLyte Health is a practice startup incubator for Underserved Physicians to access resources & support in their journey towards becoming "Physicians Founders" while reducing barriers to equity & ownership in medical practice. Moonlyte is the first digital program of its kind that educates & trains underrepresented physicians on how to start, scale, & raise capital in a healthcare startup, business, & medical practice to increase ownership and equity. Our Docs go through cohorts with a tribe of peers & accountability partners to enhance the learning experience. The mission is to increase the number of underserved providers in the health tech & innovation industry who can provide autonomous care within their respective communities. Emerging Physician Founders will be equipped with the knowledge base & resources not provided during their medical training to run successful & innovative businesses in today's on-demand & digital economy. Moonlyte Health will vanguard the way we train physicians on the business of medicine to deliver innovative care! It will also be the only incubator that tackles provider shortage, digital health expansion, & start-up funding for underrepresented healthcare providers. MoonLyte Health will empower Emerging Physician Founders to have successful, innovative, & impactful practice that not only gives autonomy but also reduce health disparities in communities they serve.
