The macros have been adjusted to low(er) carb & high(er) protein to get our metabolisms firing even more!
(previous plans are set at 40% carbs and 30% protein)
Carbs & Protein are both 4cals per gram so this is an even exchange and does not affect the overall calorie count. Protein (and healthy fats) are the most satisfying macros so with this update you'll be feeling fuller longer which helps curb cravings!
