Journaling has been my guiding light over the past two decades, helping me navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. From being diagnosed with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis, supporting my Dad through his cancer diagnosis, grieving his loss, enduring 6+ surgeries, and walking the long journey of infertility and IVF—journaling has been my rock. It was there when I felt lost, overwhelmed, and stuck, and it’s also been my constant companion while building my business and overcoming periods of deep depression.
