Halloween Worksheet / Project
Let's have some Halloween fun!
Project Based Learning: Spell making, Costume selection, Vocabulary, Word Search, Maze, Jack o lantern creation, Ghost creation, Bat creation, cut and paste pumpkin bucket with candy, emotion spinners (Frankenstein, Vampire, Witch)
Spell making: Lets the kids use their imagination and create a new spell using ingredients of their choice.
Costume Selection: This section is for them to draw and tell about a costume they want to have.
Vocabulary: Common vocabulary for this holiday
Word Search: Uses vocabulary commonly used for Halloween
Maze: Help the children get to the candy
Creation Projects: These projects give basic outlines and allows them to draw what they think a pumpkin, ghost, or bat looks like on Halloween.
Bucket with candy: This project allows them to cut, color, and paste a pumpkin bucket together to use with some cut out candy for pretend play.
Emotion Spinners: This project is a cut, color, and paste project using Halloween characters. When completed they will have their own emotion projects that may be used during story time or pretend play.
Kids will learn to focus on basic sentence building, cutting and pasting, coloring, motor skills, and freedom of imagination.
*Within this activity they will need Scissors, Glue, and Coloring tools. You could use regular paper or construction paper.
