Bonnie enters the doctor's office and jumps on the couch and dangles her socked/casted feet while she waits for the doctor. Finally he arrives and the cast is removed from Bonnie's foot which takes some time ... Bonnie is filming the doctor's efforts with her mobile (shown as Picture-in-Picture). At the end she put her shoe and her jacket on and *eXtreme* tip-toe limps out of the room on her pantyhosed foot.
