Know when cash gets tight—before it happens.

Enter the money you expect in and out. See your next 13 weeks of cash, spot shortfalls between payments, and understand what happens if a customer pays late.

The 13-Week Cash Flow Forecaster is for sole traders and owner-managed small businesses. You know roughly what’s coming in and going out. This shows you the tight spots before you reach them.

How it works

1. Enter your starting cash and a safety buffer. The buffer is the least cash you want to keep, for example £5,000.

2. Add the payments and receipts you expect. They can be one-off, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

3. See the next 13 weeks. You get your projected cash for each of the 91 days, with weekly totals underneath.

4. Test a late payment. Change a date to see what happens if a customer pays late.

What you’ll see

- When cash falls below your buffer. The first day it’s projected to dip below the buffer you chose, how far below, and the lowest point in the 13 weeks.

- Shortfalls a week-end balance would hide. Every day’s closing balance is checked. A week that ends healthy but dips on a Friday is still flagged.

- The payments behind each dip. “Why cash gets tight” lists the expected payments and receipts on the day cash falls below your buffer, and on the day it recovers.

- What a late payment would do. Move a receipt’s date and the whole forecast updates immediately: the chart, the weekly table and the explanations.

Private and simple

- No sign-up: it works in your web browser, offline, with no account and no subscription.

- Nothing uploaded: your figures stay on your computer.

- Automatic saving: your forecast saves in your browser as you go.

- Backups: download a backup file to keep your own copy, or to move your forecast to another computer.

What it isn’t

It’s a planning tool, not accounting software.

- No connections: it doesn’t link to your bank or your accounting software. You enter the payments and receipts you expect, and it works from your figures.

- No guesswork: it doesn’t predict anything you haven’t entered.

- Not advice: it isn’t financial, tax or legal advice.

What you need

- Computer: a Windows desktop or laptop.

- Browser: Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (recommended).

- Not supported: Macs, Safari, Firefox, phones and tablets are not supported or verified.

- the forecaster: a single file that you open in Chrome or Edge;

FAQ

Do I need an account or an internet connection? No account. You need the internet to download it; after that it works offline in your browser.

Does it connect to my bank or accounting software? No. You enter the payments and receipts you expect. Nothing is uploaded and no bank access is needed.

Where are my figures saved? In the browser you use, on your computer, automatically. They aren’t inside the downloaded file, so use “Download backup file” to keep your own copy. Clearing your browser’s site data, or using a private window, can delete them.

Can I use it on a Mac, phone or tablet? Not at this stage. It’s for Windows, in Chrome or Edge.

Is it a subscription? No. It’s a one-time purchase.

Does it predict my cash flow? It projects from the figures you enter. If an amount or date changes, your actual cash will differ. It isn’t financial advice.

Can I change an entry later? You can change any payment’s or receipt’s date directly. To change an amount or how often it repeats, delete it and add it again.

What if a payment falls at the weekend or on a bank holiday? Each payment counts on exactly the date you enter. Enter the date the money will really move.

Can it show dollars? Yes. Switch the Region to United States (USD) for $ and US date order.

What about support, updates and refunds? Email support@end2endconsult.uk for help using the forecaster or if something isn’t working. We aim to reply within three working days. If you change your mind, ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Fault-fix updates to version 1.0 released within 12 months of your purchase are free.

Licence

The 13-Week Cash Flow Forecaster is sold by Neil Reid trading as End 2 End Consult ("we", "us") through Payhip.

When you buy it, we give the business that bought it a licence to use the forecaster for that business's own cash planning. Its owners and staff may use it on any computers the business owns or controls. If you bought it for personal use, "the business" means you.

You may:

- install and keep copies on the business's own computers, and keep backup copies of the download.

You may not:

- sell, rent, share, sublicense, publish or otherwise give the forecaster, or any copy or changed version of it, to anyone outside the business;

- remove the copyright or licence notices.

Using it to prepare forecasts for other businesses, for example as a bookkeeper or adviser, needs a separate licence for each of those businesses.

We own the copyright in the forecaster. It includes open-source software that is covered by its own licences, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.

This licence covers version 1.0.0 and any updates we provide under our update policy. It ends if you break these terms or receive a refund. When it ends, please delete your copies.

Our responsibility. If you buy for a business, we are not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, or for decisions made using the forecaster. Subject to applicable law, our total liability to a business customer is limited to the price paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Refunds

Changed your mind? Email support@end2endconsult.uk within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full within 14 days of your request. You don't need to give a reason. Your licence ends when the refund is made, so please delete your copies.

Something wrong with it? If the forecaster is faulty or not as described, tell us. We'll fix it or replace it. If we can't do that within a reasonable time, we'll give you a refund. This applies after the 14 days too.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Payhip.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Privacy

Your forecast figures stay on your computer. The forecaster runs in your web browser. The figures you enter are saved in that browser's own storage, on that computer. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.

- The forecaster makes no network connections.

- It has no account, tracking or analytics.

A backup file you download is an ordinary file, saved where you choose. Anyone with access to it can read the figures in it. We never see it unless you send it to us.

Your purchase details are handled by Payhip and its payment providers. When you buy, Payhip processes your order and a payment provider, such as Stripe or PayPal, takes your payment. They do this under their own privacy policies.

- What we receive: from Payhip, your email address, any name supplied, and order details, so that we can deliver the forecaster, give support, process refunds and keep the records the law requires.

- What we don't receive: your full card details.

Support emails. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to help you. Please don't send your figures or backup file unless we ask for them and you're happy to share them.

Why we use your information.

We use order and support information to perform our contract with you, and keep required records to meet legal obligations. Where you contact us on behalf of a business, our legitimate interest is administering that business relationship and providing support. Marketing emails require your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it.

- Order records: normally six years, and longer only where required by law or a live claim.

- Support emails: normally up to two years after the last message, longer only where needed for a live claim or legal obligation.

What we don't do with it. We don't sell your details, and we won't send you marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them.

Your rights. Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact Neil Reid trading as End 2 End Consult, 47 Nursery Road, Bournemouth, BH9 3AT, United Kingdom, support@end2endconsult.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Important

The forecaster projects cash only from the figures and dates you enter. It doesn't connect to your bank or accounting software. Your actual cash will differ if amounts or dates change.

It is a planning aid, not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Check important decisions against your own records and, where needed, with a qualified adviser.

Support

Email support@end2endconsult.uk for help with:

- opening and using the forecaster;

- backing up and restoring your figures;

- anything you think is a fault.

We aim to reply within three working days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. This is a target, not a guarantee.

Please tell us: what you were doing, what happened, your version of Windows and your browser. Don't send your figures or backup file unless we ask for them.

Support doesn't cover:

- financial, tax or accounting advice, or what figures to enter;

- custom changes;

- devices and browsers the forecaster doesn't support. Supported use is on Windows with Chrome or Edge. Macs, Safari, Firefox, phones and tablets are not supported or verified.

Updates

What's included: your purchase includes version 1.0.0, and any fault-fix updates to version 1.0 (1.0.1, 1.0.2 and so on) that we release within 12 months of your purchase.

- Getting them: download them from the link in your Payhip purchase email.

- Before you replace the file: download a backup first.

What's not included:

- We don't promise any particular update.

- New features and new major versions are not included and may be sold separately.

- There are no lifetime updates.

Your copy keeps working without updates. The forecaster doesn't depend on any online service of ours.
