Materials

For the Mini Shawl: 180-200 meters / 200-220 yds of fingering weight yarn (170-200m/220yds per 50g)

For the Midi Shawl: 220-230m/245-260yds of fingering weight yarn (170-200m/220yds per 50g)

Circular needles: 3.5mm / US 4 or size needed for gauge, 80-100cm/32-40”

The sample was knit in Malabrigo Sock - 100% merino wool.

Differences in gauge and yarn choice will affect the size of the finished shawl and the amount of yarn. Gauge is not crucial; you may use a sport weight or DK weight yarn as well - the shawl will become larger, and yardage may be a bit higher.
