Shay Donovan promised to meet with Business Tycoon Robert Donnelly. After meeting Robert Donnelly, Shay found him to be a humble man and one hell of a salesman. Shay thought that Robert could sell snow to the Eskimos. Robert refused to let Shay leave New York and had him stay with him for several days after long conversations and fine dinners. Robert started talking about the time he served with Shay Donovan's family members. Hearing Robert's perspective and understanding of the Donovan family excited Shay. One night during dinner, Robert opened his heart and told Shay a little about his past. 

Robert told Shay that, finally, Shay was the right man, and Robert was ready to fulfill his thirty-year dream. Yes, Shay knew Robert, to be honest, and that he had prayed for a man like Shay. Robert had a Plan but needed a strategy. Robert felt that he would get one chance and that there could be no mistakes. Now, after seeing how Shay worked, Robert knew his thirty-year Plan had an excellent chance of coming to fruition. Robert's faith inspired Shay to accept Robert's role in the Plan. He was ready to use his skills and help Robert carry out this lifelong quest to have his family in one location with him. Robert felt renewed commitment and purpose. 

But Shay had one significant hurdle of his own. He had to get back to the woman he left in the hospital so long ago. Together, they were to bring down a ring of Medicare Clinics that were sending bogus billings, theft, and the murdering of Elderly Cubans.
