Exercises for Seniors

As a person who works with seniors daily, I always encourage some form of exercise to ensure mobility and health are maintained or improved.

Take time daily to work the muscles and do weight bearing exercises to strengthen the bone mass.  Strong ones equal fewer fractures if a fall occurs.
