Almost every recipe has a little story behind it, where it was eaten, etc. Recipes are split into 3 parts: Fresh ones (salads, sauces, dips, smoothies), dehydrated (wraps, burgers, tacos, kale chips, etc), and freeze-dried (cold soaks) - with many of the freeze-dried and dehydrated recipes with links to ingredients if you aren't able to make them yourself. Loads of other links inside as well to products, ingredients, and items we use regularly!
You will need a dehydrator and potentially a freeze dryer for some of the recipes in this ebook as well, but most of the recipes are fresh and only need a blender. Links to ingredients or tools are inside the ebook itself, and links are underlined where added.

I do use a dehydrator along with ingredients like spices, garlic, apple cider vinegar, miso, nutritional yeast, cashews, coconut aminos, and small amounts of coconut nectar or maple syrup. I simply choose not to cook my food. If certain ingredients don’t work for you, feel free to leave them out. Just wanted to clarify for those who were curious!
