Almost every recipe has a little story behind it, where it was eaten, etc. Recipes are split into 3 parts; Fresh ones (salads, sauces, dips, smoothies), dehydrated (wraps, burgers, tacos, kale chips, etc), and freeze-dried (cold soaks) - with many of the freeze-dried and dehydrated recipes with links to ingredients if you aren't able to make them yourself. You will need a dehydrator and potentially a freeze dryer for some of the recipes in this ebook as well but most of the recipes are fresh and only need a blender. Links to ingredients or tools are inside the ebook itself and links are underlined where added.

* NOTE * I am also not a purist, I do use a dehydrator, spices, garlic, apple cider vinegar, miso, nutritional yeast, cashews, coconut aminos a small amount of coconut nectar, maple syrup, etc. I just don't cook any of my food.
