The Review Call is the third tier of the ACCLA Consultation System. In this 60-minute session, we go through the last 30 to 60 days of your social media activity. What performed, what did not, what surprised you.
We use that data to refine your strategy and set your next 30-day direction.
This is not a repeat of the Audit Call. This is not a strategy rebuild. This is a data-driven review of what happened when you implemented, and an evidence-based adjustment to what comes next.
This is the call that turns effort into insight.
Prerequisite
The Review Call is only available after completing both the Audit Call and the Strategy Call. This session reviews the implementation of your Tier 2 strategy. It is not a standalone service.

STEP 1 — You check out
Payment is confirmed and you get immediate access to your PayHip coaching page.
STEP 2 — You open your analytics
Before filling out the pre-session form, open your platform analytics. You will need your average reach, average engagement, and your top and bottom performing posts from the last 30 to 60 days.
STEP 3 — You fill out the data form
Inside your PayHip account, your first milestone has the Tier 3 data form. Fill it out with your real numbers. Estimates are fine if you do not track precisely.
STEP 4 — You book your session
Once the form is submitted, your second milestone gives you the Calendly booking link. Choose a slot at least 3 days from today. I review your data before the call.
STEP 5 — I review your results
In the 24 to 72 hours before the call, I pull your Tier 1 and Tier 2 documents, read your data form, check your current profile, and prepare the pattern analysis and refined direction.
STEP 6 — We review together for 60 minutes
I walk you through the ACCLA stage check-in, the patterns in your top and bottom content, and your refined direction for the next 30 days. The session ends with a commitment you make out loud.
STEP 7 — Your report arrives
Within 24 hours after the call, your Performance Review Report arrives by email. It includes your ACCLA stage check-in, data patterns, refined 30-day direction, and your commitment from the call.

Before the session, you will fill out a pre-session data form. You will need your platform analytics — average reach per post, average engagement per post, and your top and bottom performing posts from the last 30 to 60 days. Estimates are fine if you do not track precisely.
Low numbers are data, not failure. The Review Call looks at results honestly, understands what caused them, and adjusts the strategy accordingly. If results were lower than expected, that is exactly the kind of information that makes this session valuable.
That is okay and it is more common than you think. The pre-session form asks about your posting consistency and that context shapes how Joanna reads your numbers. A drop in reach when posting dropped is expected. A drop when posting was consistent is a signal worth digging into.
The Audit Call diagnoses what is broken. The Strategy Call builds the fix. The Review Call looks at what happened when you implemented the fix and refines the direction based on real data. Three different sessions, three different purposes.
Yes. After another 30 to 60 days of implementation, you can return for a second Review Call. Same process, new data, a refined direction. You can repeat this cycle as many times as you need.
