How do we continue to conquer our demons? To fool yourself into believing that conquering your demons that one time sets you completely free from them is a lie. Every day is a battle. Every day is a choice to show up to win the war or to give in to the dark. The life of a warrior is never easy. No warrior alive has untouched skin. Scars cover them. To conquer our demons means we have to get to know them, delve deeply into their dark, understand the root of their existence, know why they have such power over us and then slowly let the light in. It can be extremely painful because the light hits us where it hurts.
Our Ink Gladiators from all over the world take a rarely taken approach to stand up to every terrifying demon, unapologetic in their choices as they courageously walk the path ahead lighting the way for all of us.
