Supervisee Pocket Tracker℠ is a simple, phone-friendly tool for social work supervisees to track clinical hours, de-identified practice themes, supervision questions, and two-week summaries between supervision sessions.
It helps supervisees arrive prepared with clearer notes about direct client/patient contact, indirect clinical documentation, supervision hours, training/professional development, administrative time, ethical or boundary questions, documentation concerns, and areas for growth.
The tool is designed for quick use between sessions. No login. No database. No client names. No PHI.

This tracker supports supervision preparation and personal organization. It does not replace agency documentation, licensed supervision, legal guidance, licensing board requirements, or supervisor review. Final acceptance of supervised clinical experience belongs to the licensing board.
