The Xanadu cardigan is knitted bottom up until the sleeves and then the fronts and back are worked separately. The sleeves are picked up at the armholes and then worked top down. The texture and colours come from using a plain and variegated yarn combined with slipped stitches, but only one colour is used at a time. It’s simpler than it looks!
The Xanadu is a vibrant, jazzy cardigan perfect for a lively little one. Choose a plain contrasting colour for a different effect, or use up your stash and have loads of different background colours.
