Rib Boot Cuffs - Kids Boot Toppers
This is a good project for a beginner using aran yarn and single-pointed needles. The pattern is for boot cuffs for children, but you can make them for adults too following instructions in the pattern.
They measure about 23cm (9in) in circumference and 16cm (6.5in) tall - measured flat and without stretching. They can stretch up to about 29cm (11.5in) in circumference.
