Does making decisions feel way harder than it should?
For most of my life, I wondered: How did other people make decisions so easily—when I couldn't help but over-analyze everything, even the smallest choices?
If that sounds familiar, this course is for you—even if you're a chronically indecisive 'N' type with a history of procrastination, perfectionism, inconsistent habits, and second-guessing.
When you think about hard decisions, what comes up?
Probably things like:
"Should I quit my job?" or "Should I go to that event or stay home?"
We'll cover those. But we'll go a lot deeper too.
This course is really about how to move through life more easily.
Because being alive is a constant process of micro decision-making:
- Do I keep working or take a break?
- Do I answer this email now or mark it as unread?
- Do I tell this person how I really feel or keep it to myself?
- Do I beat myself up or choose self-compassion?
- Do I give up on this pursuit or push myself to try again?
So, when someone tells me they don't need help with decision-making, I simply don't believe them.
We all need help.
Because the right decision-making tools can make life dramatically easier—and more enjoyable.
This course will help you stop getting drained by decision-making and learn how to move through life with confidence and ease.

You need a guide who's been where you are.
I'm an ENTP who spent most of my life overthinking everything—chronically stuck in analysis-paralysis.
I understand the struggle, and I found a way out.
I'd love to help you do the same.
We'll cover everything you need to massively upgrade your decision-making:
Across Parts 1 and 2 of this course, you'll get access to over 5 hours of video content (split into easy-to-digest chunks) and nearly 100 pages of PDF's.
You'll learn foundational skills about type and mindset:
- The key first step (that most people neglect) for decision-making, and the #1 easiest and most consistent methodology for making decisions
- The specific ways that 7 personality types “loop” under stress instead of making clear-headed decisions (ENTP, INTP, ENFP, INFP, ENFJ, INFJ, INTJ), and what to do about it
- The 5 most common categories of cognitive bias (and how to overcome them)
- The 9 stages of making a big change, and 3 ways to regain control when you’re emotionally hijacked
You'll learn specific decision-making strategies:
- 3 strategies for prioritizing your todo list and projects (including a technique I teach teams working in high-stress, fast-moving environments)
- 3 specific ways of breaking down big projects & decisions (that top tech companies use)
- 4 strategies for more easily making smaller decisions (i.e., decisions that “should be” easy)
- My in-depth 15-step framework for making big decisions (including my template for most effectively gathering all the variables)
You'll learn to go even deeper to get to the root issues:
- The 9 real reasons you're having trouble (including specific tactics for dealing with things like perfectionism, avoiding regret, and taking action)
- Advanced advice for dealing with the nihilism, depression, and anxiety of being human, and the big secret to making all this less frustrating

What people are saying
Thanks to Michael, I finally decided to quit the job I've felt stuck in. I feel so excited for what's next for me, and I know I wouldn't have been able to make this decision without his strategies.
— ENTP, Lawyer in the United States
I’m getting stuck in overthinking so much less often. It’s like my gut instinct is coming to me now with a whole army instead of just a few horsemen.
— INTP, Startup Co-Founder & COO in the United States
This course helped me master the way I make decisions. I can now understand how to find better choices thanks to the comprehensive guide and actionable tips (especially on double-checking my assumptions). Michael is a great speaker and I enjoy listening to him.

A lot of what I'll teach you could apply to business decisions as well. But the course is primarily oriented around the everyday decisions of being human:
- Should I quit my job?
- Should I stay here or move?
- Which shampoo should I buy?
- Should I work out today or skip it?
- Which hiking trail should I choose?
- Should I go the social event I was invited to?
- Is this romantic partner the right person for me?
- How should I choose which tasks on my todo list to prioritize?

In software development, full-stack engineers manage an app’s entire stack of technologies & systems.
They can work on back-end databases one day and front-end user interfaces the next. They understand that their app has many different components—some more visible and some more hidden. But they’re all worth learning.
Most of us keep trying to solve our problems the same way again and again. We keep trying to use the same tool, and we ignore our more hidden “back-end” systems.
Making decisions using your "full stack" means using your whole self—including the deeper parts of you (and cognitive functions) that you don't typically go to.

I designed this course every step of the way with fellow N's in mind. If you're an 'S' type, especially a Ti user like ISTP's, you might very well still learn a lot.
But, to cater to my fellow N's, I've left some parts a little more abstract, philosophical, or big picture than some S's might feel comfortable with.

Nope, it's entirely self-paced. There's a lot of content, but it's all broken up into chunks and spread across themed modules.
Also, since you're someone who identifies as indecisive, I'm guessing you're also a fellow procrastinator. So, in one of the early videos, I'll talk about how to balance taking your time through the course and pushing yourself so you actually finish it.

This is designed not only to teach you about how brains work and why decision-making is so hard for you, but to equip you with specific skills to make this easier in practice.
Part 1 lays the groundwork, and Part 2 includes things like:
- 3-page Decision Cheatsheet summarizing all the key points from the entire course so you have an easy reference
- My ultimate guide to sleep & morning routine (10-page PDF), so you'll have the energy necessary to make hard choices
- Excel spreadsheet template for getting everything you need in one place to make complex decisions
- 4 detailed decision-making guides for specific scenarios that N’s struggle with: task prioritization, social event decisions, career choice, romantic partner choice
- 3 additional guides and case studies: When you don't feel like doing your habits, when it feels like you've made the wrong choice, when you want to stay home instead of going out
- A list of additional miscellaneous decision-making tips that I've kept adding to since finishing creating this course 😁
- Deeper-dive article for identifying precisely why you’re feeling bad in any situation (and the path to get out)
- 14 tips for shifting your perspective when you feel stuck, and 4 tips for practicing self-compassion
- 8 challenges to help you push your learning to the next level

As a fellow indecisive N-type, I understand completely 😂
Here are some questions to ask yourself:
How important is this topic for you?
- How much suffering has indecisiveness caused you in your life? (Remember the small decisions too: Should I answer this email or text message now? Which todo item should I prioritize? What should I make for dinner?)
- How long have you been struggling with this?
- Is what you've already tried working for you?
- Does your indecisiveness affect just one area of your life, or many?
- Does your indecisiveness hurt just you, or other people in your life too?
- How would your day-to-day experience of life feel different if decisions and choices were less overwhelming?
Is now the right time for you to prioritize addressing all this?
- Are you taking on too much right now? Or, if you're feeling overwhelmed in general, could improving your relationship with decision-making have a positive cascading effect on your life?
- Can you spare 5 hours to watch the videos (especially if you watch them in small chunks over time)?
Is this the right way for you to learn decision-making?
- Can you afford this course, or would you be placing yourself into debt to buy it?
- Have you come across any other decision-making courses that are specifically geared toward 'N' personality types?
- Would it be more valuable for you to read a decision-making book or article (likely written by an ENTJ/ESTJ/etc. who's always been good at decision-making)? Or would you be better off learning from an ENTP who used to be terrible at it and had to work hard to figure out what really works for people like him?

I wanted to make this course as accessible as possible, so I split it into two parts (purchasable separately at your own pace). This page you're on is for Part 1.
To be clear though, this course was designed as one big thing, so the split is artificial just to make it more affordable.
Roughly, Part 1 is more about smaller decisions and Part 2 focuses more on bigger decisions and underlying existential issues.
