Solid Edge edit sheet metal (DXF) bend lines

This macro is aimed at anyone who wishes to edit a DXF file so that the bend lines are moved on to the Bends layer, split, converted to a solid line and shortened to a 1 mm length at both ends. The lines on the OUTER_LOOP layer are group, then offset 10 mm on to a layer called Plastic.
