I'm leaving for Kapooka in 3 months and don't have a gym

Pre-requisites
Must be able to correctly perform
10 Standard Pushups
10 Bodyweight squats
1 Pullup
Run 30mins (slow pace) without stopping
Required equipment
Military style pack or similar
Military style boots or similar
Military uniform, if not, l/sleeve shirt and pants
(Hiking gear is acceptable)
Google maps or distance tracking will be helpful
What’s in it
This program will help you get ready for Kapooka if you've left training too late and you've got no access to a gym. This is achieved by steady progression at a medium intensity, allowing for higher frequency in training to adapt you correctly for military lifestyle.

How to use it
Following to program chronologically from start to finish. Considering you're under a time constraint here (3 months until enlistment) try your best in every session and try not to miss a session. Each training block advances you along the path towards military fitness. From slowly starting off with sessions at relatively low intensity in PT gear, to higher intensity sessions in Cams with weighted back pack. Make sure you adhere to the workout, dress and timings correctly.
