The RG-31 is a 4×4 Mine-Resistant Ambush-Protected vehicle built to safeguard troops against mines, IEDs, and small-arms fire. Compact and highly mobile, it is commonly used for patrol, reconnaissance, and convoy protection missions by various armed forces and UN peacekeepers.

The RG-33L 6×6 is the extended, heavier variant of the RG MRAP family. With increased seating capacity and stronger armor, it is suited for high-threat missions such as convoy escort, route clearance, and EOD support. Its longer chassis and 6-wheel configuration improve stability and payload capacity.
