MTA Neon Script

Neon script that hasn't been seen anywhere before, made for owlgaming, can be used in any gamemode with little configurations. The panel can be set with a command - /setneon 1 - set, 2 - unset and whilst inside of vehicle with neons set, you can press N key to open the neon panel and change everything to your liking.
