• Buy purchasing/downloading any of my products you understand that your email, payer ID, Discord and any other identifying information will be shared if you violate TOS.

Not following my TOS will result in a DMCA/further legal action.

• Do not make disproportionate edits to my avatars. If you're making them thicker, keep it proportional — not exaggerated or fetishized.

• Credit me by using my name and a hyperlink to the DIRECT asset not store page.

• Not to be redistributed, resold unless on a complete model.

• Allowed on Paid and Nitro Models - For permission to use on a free/public avatar please open a ticket in my server.

• No removing my logo from assets. Re-texturing is allowed just don't remove my logo!

Not following my TOS will result in a DMCA/further legal action.

• I will always hold the right to refuse an offer.

• I will refuse anything I am uncomfortable with.

• All payments are final. Meaning no refunds due to it being my labour and a digital product.

• If in future updates the model breaks I will try my best to fix the model however I am not required to.

• If you tamper with the model and break it, it is not my responsibility to fix it.

• You must give me credit for the model.

• All assets are to be gifted to me with my email, username and discord. Or if a gift function is available using that.

• You must be 18+.

• Is only allowed to be uploaded to your account privately. No public uploads or giving to friends.

• If you are unhappy with the product you have 30 days to discuss this with me.

• Most details of the avatar must be confirmed and drafted before I start work.
