Item Details:
This is a beautifully crafted and fully functional digital planner / diary in PDF format. It's been designed to work with PDF-annotation App such as Goodnotes and Notability on iPad (not included). It shall works seamlessly on Noteshelf 2 and Windows Tablet.

You can enjoy the quality of handwritten notes when paired with a stylus. Include your favorite photos in any size and orientation. Changed your mind? You can always go back and change it.

Never run out of ink, or constantly looking for that missing colored pen. You'll never need to deal with those "ouch" moment when you feel you have ruined your lovely planner.

Because we've designed this to work off-the-grid, you don't have to worry about subscription fees or your personal information being out there in the internet wilderness.

You'll need a note taking app (e.g. Goodnotes/Notability/Noteshelf 2). For the best experience, we recommend you use this in landscape orientation on your device and a stylus too (e.g. Apple Pencil). If you enjoy painting and writing with your fingers, we think you'll love it too.

Reason I made this planner:
I am stationaries lover, planners and felt tip pens, post-it notes and stickers are my addiction. I would buy planners but never will I write on them because I was too afraid to ruin the planner with mistakes. I was designing PDF to record my Personal Training sets to discover GoodNotes App, while I explore the functionality of GoodNote I started to see how I could have make a planner that I could use and doodle on.

I have included Moon-phases into Monthly Calendar so you will find dates for the Full Moon, New Moon, 1st Quarter Moon and 3rd Quarter Moon.

Everyday Gratitude: Inspiration for Living Life as a Gift. Taking small, grateful steps toward peace, one page at a time. I have designed a Gratitude area for you to insert photo of the day, for you to look back and be reminded tiniest thing that have made you happy and grateful for.

Fitness Tracker: Track steps, average heart rate and sleep patterns. I have included this section in Daily plan to help me keep track of my fitness goal.

Steps: A 2011 study found that healthy adults can take anywhere between approximately 4,000 and 18,000 steps/day, and that 10,000 steps/day is a reasonable target for healthy adults.

Heart Rate: One of the key element for successful weight management is to get your heart rate to 130 per minute for 15-20 minutes at least 3 times per week.

Sleep Stages / Pattern: Reflect how your body is reacting to the food you have ate and things you have done in day time.
