Mystery Ring Finds a New Love

This is Historical fiction about my mom who raised me and the stories that were passed down. The journey from Oslo Norway to America was very difficult. Ingrid had to leave the man she loved to follow her parents dream for a better future. I felt intensity when writing about the challenges the family may have met along the way. This is how things were in the early 1900's. I looked up information on that time period. Theodore Roosevelt was President. Biblical values were of utmost importance. Farming was a family business and love held a family together. There's nothing like a pretty flower, that whispers to my soul. The colors are bright and cheerful, It helps the black birds to sow.
