Empowerment — turn AI tasks into practical systems, build a capstone AI workflow, create a personal AI operating process, and complete a 30-Day AI Implementation Plan.

Four weeks of structured instruction, a participant workbook, practical worksheets, prompt tools, responsible-AI resources, live implementation labs, weekly activities, assessments, a capstone workflow, a 30-Day AI Implementation Plan, and resource libraries.

By the end of the Lab, you should be able to use AI responsibly, communicate with it effectively, verify its work, protect sensitive information, maintain human judgment, create reusable prompts, build at least one practical AI-supported workflow, and implement a 30-Day AI plan.
