Hi, I’m Rebecca, the Midlife Coach, and I’m delighted you’re here ready to Rewrite the Script to Midlife.
I’m passionate about midlife as a time of renewal and taking stock of where we are in life. For many of us it takes some sort of crisis to make changes in our life. For some, transition is much gentler. Either way it’s a great time to breathe once more and look towards the future.
Writing is something I do on an almost daily basis, actually make that daily basis. It was my coach over 10 years ago who encouraged me to begin and I haven’t really stopped since.
Writing enables me to be playful, to be thoughtful, to be committed, to be opinionated, to explore. Some I share with others in the form of blog posts or books and some is just for my eyes only!
It seemed a perfect way for me to create something that would bring my love of midlife and the love of writing together, so a number of years ago I created my first Rewriting the Script to Midlife workshop. I’ve worked with many women now, small groups around my dining room table who arrive as strangers and leave as friends having spent time exploring what midlife means to them, to become unstuck and to be excited about the future.
Now is the time to bring this workshop to a wider audience and to create a self study programme. I’ve split it into 3 sections which you might decide to do over a 3 day break or long weekend or you might find it easier to spread over 3 weeks...or whatever works and and feels comfortable for you.
