High Growth Assessment

The High Growth assessment diagnoses your ability to grow at a high percentage. And especially Assess your organisation on the factors that support high growth.

The diagnostic consists of a number of questions which you rate 1 to 5.

These questions cover various areas which include:

GROWTH AMBITION, GROWTH CAPACITY, GROWTH OPPORTUNITY.

In each of these areas, there are a number of categories with multiple choice questions. The categories include:

Commitment to sustained growth (Growth),  Clear vision and strategic direction (Direction),  Commitment to sustained growth (Growth), Commitment to sustained growth (Growth), Strong leadership (Leadership),  Financial capacity (Finance),  People and skills (People),  Operational capacity (Operations),  Innovation and Technology (Technology), Market opportunities (Markets), Competitive advantage (Competing)

High Scores in all of the subset of questions asked in each of these categories will mean that you have the ability for High Growth.
