The 7 Pillars of Health
What is your definition of health? What does a healthy person look like to you? Do they have nice skin, a lean and muscular body? Do they smile alot and eat vegetables for breakfast while meditating on a mountain? Healthy might look different to everybody because we tend to see in others, what we are lacking in our own lives. It’s not always the case, but we truly need to look inside ourselves and be honest about how we are living our lives and if it’s beneficial to us in all the right ways. The thing is that “health” has many layers and in my opinion, to be 100% healthy, you need all those layers to come together and work in unison.
