Belinda Glover – Chef and Personal Fitness Trainer – combines her passions for food and helping others with their health to create Plant Based Whole Food recipes after adapting a Vegan diet for her own health reasons over 4 years ago. Along her enjoyable and rewarding cooking challenges and adventures she learnt new ways to get in all the nutrition needed, in dishes that taste delicious and are really satisfying.
